We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role reports directly to the Quality Assurance Coordinator. The successful applicant will play a critical role in the QA team and in ensuring a high level of quality in our software products. You are an enthusiastic person, proficient in test methods, and capable of learning new products & technologies quickly.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Computer Science; or technical diploma or certificate in IT or Computer Science; or equivalent work experience.
- Practical knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems (XP, W2K, 2003), computer hardware, and relational database.
- Understanding of “big picture” in software development lifecycles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, tools and applications.
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software product testing for the CardioComm product line.
- Recording, tracking, and reviewing quality problems.
- Researching quality problems as needed.
- Updating, reviewing and creating software testing documentation, e.g., software test plan and test cases specifications.
- Reviewing software requirements and design documents to support testing activities.
- Performing and/or assisting with installations and upgrades (remotely or on-site)
- Performing the task of Customer Service Representative occasionally or as requested by supervisor
