Customer Support Representative, Toronto

CardioComm Solutions is seeking an attentive and innovative Customer Support Representative to add to our Customer Support team. CardioComm specializes in medical software applications sold to healthcare and research organizations around the world.

This position is responsible for interfacing with existing or potential customers and distributors. This will include developing and maintaining a positive customer relation and ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. You will be working with a team of Customer Support and
Sales Representatives to provide consistent quality service to customers. Candidate will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Victoria , British Columbia.

Experience\ Responsibilities:

Provide Customer end-user and technical support in various customer settings and environments.
Provide email, remote desktop connection, or telephone support to customer base.
Must be able to be on call 24 x 7 to provide after hour support.
Diagnose and resolve end-user and technical problems in timely manner.
Assist in the continued development and improvement of CardioComm products and procedures.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills - must be fluent in English.
Must have prior customer support experience, preferably in a high tech setting.
Candidate can work as part of team or on their own as required by the task.
Competent in multitasking and juggling priorities.
Understanding of Microsoft Operating systems and Internet Explorer
