Major GlobalCardio™ Sale to Biomedical Systems Inc. Announced

 

Victoria, BC, Aug 27, 2002 CardioComm Solutions Inc. (TSXV:CCG) (the "Company", "CardioComm"), is pleased to announce that it has signed an extensive sale and cross-distribution agreement with U.S. based Biomedical Systems Inc. ("Biomedical"). The agreement includes the sale of a customized version of GlobalCardio(TM) that will be utilized by the pharmaceutical and clinical services divisions of Biomedical Systems. They will host this web application from their facility in St. Louis, Missouri, as they have the infrastructure (telecommunications, redundant power systems, secure server storage) to accommodate the web-hosting.

 

The agreement also allows for Biomedical to be a non-exclusive distributor of CardioComm's GEMS and GlobalCardio(TM) products in the U.S. market. This agreement marks the third distribution agreement for CardioComm in the last four months."This agreement marks the largest sale in CardioComm history.
