Harlow & Associates LLC, and its Managing Partner, Brad Harlow, as Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Harlow will be focused on developing strategic partnerships for CardioComm, focusing on the U.S. and Europe.
Founded in 2001, B. Harlow & Associates, LLC, works with a number of health care companies and VC-backed start-ups. It provides strategic planning, financing options, distribution analysis, partner introductions, and technology evaluation focusing primarily in cardiac, chronic disease management and web/e-health applications. In addition, Mr. Harlow works with venture capital firms on private placement investments and M & A opportunities.
Mr. Harlow brings to CardioComm over 20 years experience in managing & directing cardiology companies, services and new technology. He was formerly Vice President of Instromedix ® (now a subsidiary of Card Guard ® ), General Manager/Chief Officer of Paceart™ (now a part of Medtronic Inc.), and, most recently, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Data Critical which was purchased by GE Medical Systems in 2001. Mr. Harlow holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance.
