St. Jude Medical Canada, Inc. Selects CardioComm's Upgrade Solutions For Key Users of PatientLog® Information Management System |
VICTORIA, B.C., September 18, 2003 - CardioComm Solutions Inc. (TSX-V:CCG) (the "Company", "CardioComm"), is pleased to announce that it has been chosen by St. Jude Medical Canada, Inc. , a subsidiary of U.S. based St. Jude Medical, Inc. as the preferred software manufacturer to provide the upgrade solution for its existing client base currently using the PatientLog® information management system for in-hospital pacemaker and ICD patient follow up software. St. Jude Medical Canada has recommended CardioComm's Global ECG Management System GEMST desktop software system as the preferred upgrade for its PatientLog® customers. CardioComm's GEMST software solutions are already in use in over 20 accounts across Canada. CardioComm's Canadian distributor, Baylis Medical Inc., will market GEMST to these accounts with the support of St. Jude Medical Canada.
