VICTORIA, B.C., March 16, 2004 - CardioComm Solutions Inc. (TSX-V:CCG) (the "Company", "CardioComm"), is pleased to announce that it participated at the American College of Cardiology Annual Scientific Session held in New Orleans during March 7-10, 2004.
This year, the Company collaborated and showcased its technologies at the annual event alongside such industry leaders as Philips Medical Systems, a division of Royal Philips Electronics (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHI) and Instromedix (a division of Card Guard Technologies). CardioComm's products, focusing on cardiovascular-specific advances designed to increase operational efficiency at medical clinics/hospitals and improve overall patient care, were well received.
The Company was pleased that many significant industry leaders responded very favorably to CardioComm's Global ECG Management System ( GEMST) as the solution of choice for managing event monitoring and trans-telephonic pacemaker follow up in clinics and event monitoring services. Management held key discussions with several respected corporations focusing on how CardioComm's suite of products can successfully interface with their respective cardiovascular information management systems.
