CardioComm Solutions Inc. Opens Office in Toronto , Ont---Management & Operations Re-Organized to Save $300,000 Annually.

VICTORIA, B.C., August 15, 2007 – CardioComm Solutions Inc. (TSX-V:CCG) ("CardioComm", the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it will open a second office in Toronto , Ontario this month. The Company will transfer its Corporate Development and Accounting functions to the Toronto office while the GEMS™ development team, sales, support and head office will remain in Victoria , B.C. This re-organization enhances efficiencies and reduces duplication of duties. Overall, these changes are anticipated to reduce annual overheads by approximately C$300,000.

In association with these changes, the Company wishes to thank Mr. Adrian Somers, Vice-President, Corporate Development for many valuable years of service. Mr. Somers will be continuing with the Company effective this September as a Senior Consultant to Cardiocomm.. The Company also wishes to confirm that Mr. Stephen Martin, CEO, has had his salary reduced by 45%.

The Company would also like to acknowledge and thank Mr. Tom Halston, Company Controller, for his many years of dedication and service with CardioComm. Mr. Halston was a core component of the Company for over 12 years.

The Company's efforts are focused on the current trials of its GC 12 lead initiative which is expected to be fully launched in the autumn. The Company will issue a future release concerning this in due course.
