AutoAttendant™ is a computer based telephone answering system that can be used to automate the receiving of patient event recorder transmissions. Working in conjunction with your GEMS™ installation, AutoAttendant can handle up to 4 call in lines simultaneously and can import the recorded patient information and ECG recordings (Arrhythmia, TTM Pacing, Pacemaker or ICD) into your existing GEMS Access or SQL database. AutoAttendant also enables physicians to leave individual messages for patients that will be played when the patient calls in. AutoAttendant ensures that your patients calls are received and handled even when an operator is unavailable.

Recorder

AutoAttendant features an easy to use, step by step voice-instruction menu that guides your patients through the recording process. By using the included AARecorder feature, these voice-instructions can quickly and easily be changed or customized to suit your facility's requirements. Easy to follow on-screen instructions will guide you through customizing your AutoAttendant voice-instructions.

Call Manager

AACallManager allows your receiving staff to select and view each received patient recording. AA Server

AAServer is set up to run in the background and when enabled, is always monitoring your AutoAttendant line(s) for any incoming calls. AAServer allows you to easily set the number of rings before AutoAttendant will answer the incoming call. This feature allows a clinician to answer the call before AutoAttendant does and ensures you will not miss any calls if your staff is busy on other calls. A visual log of the date and time of each received call is displayed.
