Unlike our PC based GEMS products, GlobalCardio is an Internet based application. User-friendly, internet based navigation and graphic design make GlobalCardio an easy application to learn and integrate into any organization.

Patient records and ECG's are displayed and managed through an easy to learn user interface. GlobalCardio offers modules for Arrhythmia monitoring, TTM Pacing and In-Clinic pacemaker/ICD follow-up and 12 Lead.

GlobalCardio allows universal and secure access to your patient information. Designed with HIPAA compliance and Industry Best Practices in mind, GlobalCardio ensures that customer data is stored in a secure environment with complete backup and disaster recovery systems. The security model developed for GlobalCardio allows administrators to customize access by creating users and user groups with restricted privileges and access rights.

ECG Recording and Storage GlobalCardio support many facets of ECG management including Event Monitoring, Pacemaker and ICD follow-up and 12 Leas resting ECG. Recording and ECG transmission is a simple as selecting the correct patient and follow-up and choosing the type of ECG you wish to record. The ECG recording window will open and visually show each ECG transmission as it is recorded. Users can then view and edit each ECG and add annotations such as caliper measurements, mark samples, apply filters and add text comments.

GlobalCardio is designed to work with a wide range of ECG devices from many different manufacturers and has the ability to automatically split out ECG's into individual events (device dependent) and allows on screen editing of each event.

Reporting and ReportWeb

GlobalCardio gives you a wide range of Arrhythmia and pacemaker/ICD reporting options such as: Patient Transmission and detailed summary reports, single multi-channel and full disclosure reports, alerts, in-clinic and 12 Lead reports.

Each report generated can be sent electronically to ReportWeb. ReportWeb is an interface that allows selected users such as Physicians, Clinics, Facilities, etc. to login, view and print their associated patient's reports. Physician are notified via email that they have a report waiting in ReportWeb for their review and allows them to log on and view the report from anywhere.

ReportWeb also includes a batch reporting feature that allows users to use a "Print All" function to print all newly arrived reports.
