GEMS Lite™ is a cost effective alternative to using hardware receiving systems and can be installed on most existing desktop computers (refer to minimum PC requirements).
The focus of GEMS Lite is to manage your information from a patient centered point of view. The software captures transmitted ECG data and stores it in a simple to use database along with the associated patient information.
This is by far one of the easiest ways to receive and electronically store ECG's and patient information. GEMS Lite is a single user, stand alone MS Access based application that allows for future expansion into the higher-end GEMS suite of Arrhythmia and Pacemaker/ICD management products.
Main Interface 
GEMS Lite is designed to speed up and simplify basic information gathering and reporting for Arrhythmia monitoring and TTM Pacing patients. All patient and physician information is stored locally in an MS Access™ database.
All patient records and ECG's are displayed and managed in the GEMS Lite main window.
The upper panel lists all patients in the database; the lower panel lists the ECGs belonging to the patient selected in the upper panel. Each patient record can store an unlimited number of ECGs recorded for that patient. |

 - Scheduler Lite
Scheduler Lite is a tool for managing schedules for Arrhythmia and TTM follow-ups. The scheduler is equivalent to a traditional appointment ledger. You get the familiar look and feel of an appointment book, and the convenient features of a centralized database for managing all appointments.
Selecting the point of view for looking at appointments is simple and direct, so the appointment schedule can be viewed quickly and easily.
Scheduler Lite is available as an upgrade for existing customers using GEMS Lite or as an optional module for new GEMS Lite customers. Contact your distributor for details on how to upgrade to GEMS Lite with Scheduler. |

ECG Recording and Storage
ECG's are classified into two types, Arrhythmia / 12-Lead and TTM Pacing. In each ECG stored in the database, you can add caliper measurements, mark samples and add text comments.
Gems Lite has the ability to automatically split out ECGs into individual events (device dependent) and allow editing of each individual event.
GEMS Lite is also designed to work with a wide range of ECG devices from many different manufacturers. |

Reporting
GEMS Lite gives you three basic reporting options: Arrhythmia Patient Transmission Report, 12-Lead ECG Report and TTM Pacing Report. Each report is easily created from the ECG Viewer window. Reports can also be Saved in either Adobe™ pdf or rtf (rich text) format.
