Viewing Requirements

1. To ensure the best viewing possible, your PC screen resolution should be set to 1024x768 for viewing tutorials. If you are not sure how to change your screen resolution, click HERE for a step by step demonstration.
   

2. You will require Macromedia FLASH PLAYER to play the tutorials. If you do not have Flash Player installed, you can download it for free:

Viewing Tutorials

1. Click on the file you wish to play from the Available Tutorials list.    

2. Tutorial will open and play in a new window (you may have to adjust your Pop-Up settings).

Downloading Tutorials

1. Right-Click the desired Product Tutorial from the Available Tutorials list and select 'Save As'    

2. Follow the prompts and select the location on your computer to save the file.
